Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed prior to shipment of your order.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. RTA Kitchens Direct reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions
These Conditions supersede any terms and/or conditions spoken or implied unless specifically signed by Management. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product when it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay order fulfillment. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address and phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. We do not store any of your financial information.

Returns / Cancellations / Damage Claims
We will gladly replace products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for claims made within 5 business days from the date of receipt. Returns of open boxes will not be excepted. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect or missing products to you will be accepted, for claims made within 5 business days from the date of receipt.

One damage claim per order.  Please inspect all items before filing a damage claim.  One damage claim per order will be accepted.  Multiple claims for the same order will not be accepted without prior approval from RTA Kitchens Direct.  Under approved damage claims, RTA Kitchens Direct replaces damaged parts, not full items. Approved damage claims for scratches, nicks and dings to side panels of cabinets – including exposed sides – may at the discretion of RTA Kitchens Direct be addressed by providing appropriate skins or panels to cover the sides. Claims may be filed on replacement items.

All sales are final. Checkout requirements state that the customer must review their order for accuracy and verify that they understand that if they have selected cabinets sold as RTA (Ready To Assemble) they will be shipped unassembled and that all part numbers reflect the part intended for purchase. Cabinet style names are marketing names used by RTA Kitchens Direct. The boxes used for shipping may have other style names assigned by the manufacturer.

Cancellation of orders, including non-payment of promised orders will be subject to a 25% restocking/processing fee.

Cancellation of orders after the order has shipped will be subject to 25% restocking fee plus the cost of freight to return item(s) to the warehouse.

Returns due to customer mistakes or change in layout after an order has shipped will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of freight to return item(s) to warehouse.

No returns on orders/items older than 5 business days from the time of receipt. All returns must be authorized by RTA Kitchens Direct prior to return shipment.

All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, therefore;

  • NO RETURNS on hoods, trims, moldings, fillers or panels.
  • NO RETURNS on accessories such as trash pull outs, spice pull outs, glide upgrades, etc.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of all return shipments.

Credit will be issued after returned item(s) have arrived at the warehouse and inspected.

Damage Claims on concealed damage and defects must be reported within 5 business days from time of receipt. Concealed damage is any damage not noticeable from the exterior of the shipping container or box, i.e., scratched door, ding, gouge, warped door, etc.Missing items such as hinges, screws, brackets, etc. must be reported within 5 business days from time of receipt. Damaged, defective material or missing items cannot be replaced without prior approval from RTA Kitchens Direct

Customer Responsibility
Images on the RTA Kitchens Direct website are not exact representations of cabinet colors and appearance. Color variations occur between different monitors and between different settings as well as a result of lighting conditions.

RTA Kitchens Direct is not responsible for any costs incurred to have cabinets assembled or installed.  Assembly and Installation is the sole responsibility of the customer.

RTA Kitchens Direct is not responsible for project delays or any additional costs associated with these due to back orders, damage claims, schedule delays, etc.  RTA Kitchens Direct suggests ordering cabinets well in advance of any critical deadlines in order to alleviate time constraints that may be caused by one of the aforementioned situations.

Scheduling countertop measuring and templating is recommended AFTER cabinets have been installed to avoid possible conflicts in the event of one of the aforementioned events.

RTA Kitchens Direct is not responsible for any back charges or additional charges incurred by independent contractors for any work done, nor is RTA Kitchens Direct responsible for any additional charges by independent contractors to retail customers.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Time — Processing usually take 48 hours. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Orders are not processed or shipped on Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by RTA Kitchens Direct or other parties as an estimate only. Orders may arrive earlier or later than the estimated delivery date. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipments over 50lbs arrive via pallet and semi-trailer.  The driver is only responsible for lowering the pallet to the ground at the curb for Residential delivery service.  It is the customers responsibility to move or unload the pallet from that point.  Shipping companies may refuse deliveries or charge additional fees based on local conditions, including but not limited to accessibility, safety and ability to securely offload the goods. The decisions on these conditions are made at the exclusive discretion of the shipping companies and customer assumes liability for all such additional fees charged by the shipping company. Shipping companies WILL NOT unload the pallet for the customer. RTA Kitchens Direct suggests removing shrink wrap from the pallet and then removing individual boxes.

Due to damage risks, any order over 50lbs or large material such as refrigerator panels or finished plywood must be shipped via Freight Service.

No changes can be made to shipment type or address after order has been placed.  Attempting to change the delivery address with the freight dispatch, missing the scheduled delivery appointment or if delivery address is specified as Business but located in a Residential area, will result in your shipment being returned to the warehouse, a 25% restocking fee, return freight charges and an administrative fee being assessed before a refund is issued.  To ensure that your order will not be returned do to undeliverable circumstances, please verify that the delivery address is, in fact the address where you want the cabinets delivered.


One attempt will be made to deliver your order.  If a delivery appointment is missed, your order will be returned to the warehouse and all return fees will apply.

A business located in a residential neighborhood is considered Residential.

RTA Kitchens Direct is not responsible for missed appointments, delivery delays, etc. and is not liable for additional costs associated with these delays.  RTA Kitchens Direct works very closely with the shipping companies to try to ensure that every delivery goes as planned, however it is impossible to guarantee shipment due to unforeseen occurrences.  If you have a concern about your delayed delivery, missed appointment, or anything else pertaining to the actual transportation of goods purchased through RTA Kitchens Direct, please contact the shipping company directly. RTA Kitchens Direct uses third party shipping companies to deliver all goods purchased. RTA Kitchens Direct is not in any way affiliated with such shipping companies. Customer understands and agrees that any claims for any type of damage or injury caused by the shipping companies while delivering goods purchased from RTA Kitchens Direct should be directed solely to the shipping company and not to RTA Kitchens Direct.

RTA Kitchens Direct shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders.

Limited Warranty Information

RTA Kitchens Direct warrants its Forevermark Cabinetry to be free of manufacturer defects for five (5) years from the date of purchase for most lines (all cabinets with painted finishes are limited to two (2) year warranty), or as long as the original purchasing consumer owns the home, whichever is less, against avoidable and unnatural defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This limited warranty applies to domestic use only, is non-transferable, and proof of purchase is required.

This warranty does not cover products that have been misused, mishandled, abused, improperly stored or installed, modified or subject to excesses of moisture or extreme temperatures, accidents, negligence, on-site alterations, improper storage, defective installation, or normal wear and tear. The product must be used exclusively for its intended purpose in order to be covered by this warranty. This warranty shall become void if the cabinets are in any way modified, improperly installed or damaged prior to or during installation, or installed or utilized in other than normal residential applications.

This warranty does not include or cover the cost of installation, removal, subsequent damage or transportation of the defective product, regardless of whether work was performed by a contractor, service company, or homeowner. This warranty does not apply to any products used in conjunction with the cabinetry, such as countertops, appliances, or plumbing fixtures. The obligation of Forevermark Cabinetry under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts that Forevermark Cabinetry deems proven defective under normal use and service within the warranty period.

Forevermark Cabinetry is constructed from several pieces of solid wood and wood veneers on plywood. Differences in grain pattern and color should be expected. Wood characteristics naturally occurring such as variations in color, grain, mineral streaks and knots are not considered defects. Color variations and color softening in cabinets are a natural occurrence due to species, age, character of cabinets, and exposure to UV light and sunlight. For these reasons, new and/or replacement cabinets may not match display samples and/or existing cabinets. Such variations and changes are not considered defects. This warranty applies only to defects and does not apply to the yellowing and aging of any wood product. Forevermark Cabinetry products are wood products. Extreme conditions will cause any wood product to respond adversely (high/low humidity, temperature, etc) and this warranty does not apply to cabinetry exposed to extreme conditions. Mitered doors joints in particular are more likely to react to conditions of its environment. Gaps that may develop in door joints due to conditions of its environment are not subject to replacement under this warranty. Painted finishes react differently than stained finish with normal wood movement and climatic conditions may result in breaks in finish, recesses, and joint and panel lines. These are considered a normal occurrence and not covered under warranty. Cabinet doors that are warped must be allowed to hang through one seasonal heating cycle. (i.e. through a full summer) before replacement will be considered under this limited warranty. Doors that are warped in either direction not exceeding one-quarter inch (1/4) do not exceed normal material expectation and are not covered under the terms of this warranty.

Forevermark Cabinetry periodically makes changes to its product line and specifications. If a warranty claim is filed for a discontinued or unavailable item, Forevermark Cabinetry will replace the part(s) under warranty with a new part of the same style or with a similar style currently offered. Some replacement parts are subject to availability, and may differ from those originally supplied. Forevermark Cabinetry cannot be held responsible for replacement product that may not exactly match installed product.

Warranty claims cannot be made directly to Forevermark Cabinetry by the consumer purchaser. The consumer must contact RTA Kitchens Direct, from whom the products were purchased and report the nature of the defect. To submit a warranty claim, the original consumer purchaser must contact RTA Kitchens Direct. RTA Kitchens Direct will obtain the information necessary to make a claim decision and forward such information in writing to Forevermark Cabinetry for action on the claim.
This writing is the complete and exclusive statement of the express warranties provided herein and is in lieu of all other express and/or statutory warranties by the manufacturer, to the extent provided by law. There are no implied warranties extending beyond the terms of this warranty. Forevermark Cabinetry and RTA Kitchens Direct shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages.

If a manufacturing defect does occur within the terms and conditions of this warranty, Forevermark Cabinetry will replace the defective part and ship it to you via ground shipper or freight carrier, at our discretion.

Please do not send the defective item unless and until the item is expressly requested by our claims department. Pictures of item(s) may be requested.
